The Luxalon® V100/V200 screen ceiling system is a lightweight, floating ceiling. The panels come in either 101 mm high (V100) or 200 mm high (V200) and clip easily to the carrier.

Characteristics:

• Vertically installed panels in 100, 150 or 200mm module
• Panels can be supplied in any length up to 6000 mm (as standard)
• Ideal system for visually reducing the room height whilst retaining the original room volume
• Designed to conceal installations such as pipes, airconditioning and similar overhead installations
• Easy access to the plenum through the open system
• Fixing clips fitted on the carriers between the panels provide a secure locking of the panels and make the system suitable for exterior applications (only V100)
• Panels are lightweight yet strong, made from aluminium which can be recycled for the full 100%, requiring very little energy
• If required, panels and fixing clips are easily demountable by hand, which allows full access to services and equipment in plenum
• Sliding screen version is available for those applications that require regular access into the plenum
• Base Material: Luxalon® V100/V200 panels are rollformed from 0.6 mm thick prepainted stove enamelled aluminium strip, alloy HD5050 or equivalent (according to EN 1396, and ECCA standards)
• Coating: the tough and durable 2-layered polyester finish in a nominal thickness of approximately 20 microns, is stove enamelled in a continuous coil-coating process ensuring uniform coating thickness and absolute adhesion
